Hey there. If you’re looking at this page, you or someone you know who loves tea probably has a food allergy. Me too! (I have lots.) So before I go any further, I just want to say that I completely understand. I have peanut & tree nut allergies that result in anaphylaxis, and I certainly would not wish that upon anyone, and I have also been diagnosed with celiac disease within the past year. So I fully understand the dangers of cross contamination.
That being said, all of my teas will always have accurate ingredients listed. The only (sort of) exception is the teas with sprinkles will not list the full ingredients on the package, however they are always available at this link which is linked to those teas’ product pages.
All in all, everything is free of peanuts, tree nuts (except coconut, which is a fruit), soy, gluten, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, sesame, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, and artificial flavors.
The coconut has its own spoon, so other teas without coconut have no cross-contamination with coconut. Most other tea ingredients use the same tea-mixing spoon.
If you have an allergy or intolerance to a specific ingredient, such as sugar or ginger, please let me know ahead of time. I can take the ingredients for your tea out of the original package, which has not been contaminated from the tea-mixing spoon.
If you have any questions about any specific ingredients, please don’t hesitate to ask!
