Ingredients: raspberry leaf, peppermint, chamomile, cacao nibs, ground flax seed, turmeric, peppercorn, ginger
Directions: Steep 1 teabag in freshly boiled water for 5 or more minutes.
About the Ingredients:
raspberry leaf: contains fragarine which can reduce cramping, and contains iron
peppermint: antispasmodic and can reduce the severity & duration of cramps
chamomile: anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic

turmeric: contains cur curcumin which can decrease pain, antispasmodic, and reduce inflammation

ginger: inhibits the prostaglandins (pro-inflammatory chemicals involved in triggering muscle contractions)
